Eligibility

By using CellFlip, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  • You are legally authorized to sell the device(s) you submit.
  • The information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Selling Your Device

When selling your device(s) to CellUmi, you agree to the following conditions:

  • You must be the rightful owner of the device(s).
  • The device(s) must not be stolen, blacklisted, or linked to fraudulent activity.
  • Devices must match the condition and specifications you provide.
  • You must remove all personal data and unlink accounts (such as iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts) before shipping.
  • You acknowledge that we have the right to reject any device that does not meet the stated conditions.

Device Condition & Price Adjustments

  • The initial quote provided is based on the details you submit.
  • Once we receive and inspect your device(s), we may adjust the final offer if the actual condition differs.
  • If the revised offer is lower than the original, you will have 3 days to accept or request the return of your device(s) (return shipping fees may apply).
  • If no response is received within 3 days, we will process the payment based on the adjusted offer.

Shipping & Responsibility

  • We provide a prepaid shipping label for sending your device(s).
  • You are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • CellUmi is not responsible for lost or damaged packages; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
  • If a device is lost or stolen in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not liable for compensation.

Payments

  • Payments are issued within 3-5 business days after a successful inspection.
  • We offer payment options such as Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, or cheque.
  • If your payment is delayed due to incorrect information provided by you, we are not liable for the delay.

Returns Policy

  • If you request a return for any reason, the device will be shipped back at your expense.
  • Once a payment has been issued, the transaction is final and non-reversible.

Dealer Portal & Kiosk Representatives

For authorized dealers and kiosk representatives:

  • You must comply with all CellFlip policies and ethical business practices.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all devices submitted meet our criteria.
  • Commission payments will be processed as per the agreed-upon terms.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

  • Selling stolen or illegally obtained devices.
  • Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting device conditions.
  • Violating any laws or third-party rights.

If we determine that a device has been reported stolen or blacklisted, we reserve the right to report the transaction to law enforcement and retain the device for investigation.

Limitation of Liability

CELLUMI PROVIDES SERVICES “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Loss of personal data due to failure to reset devices before shipping.
  • Issues arising from incorrect contact or payment details provided by you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CellUmi.ca, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, or losses resulting from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Province Name].
