    • L'appareil ou les appareils ne doivent pas \u00eatre vol\u00e9s, mis sur liste noire ou li\u00e9s \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 frauduleuse.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Les appareils doivent correspondre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat et aux sp\u00e9cifications que vous fournissez.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Vous devez supprimer toutes les donn\u00e9es personnelles et dissocier les comptes (tels que les comptes iCloud, Google ou Samsung) avant l'exp\u00e9dition.<\/span><\/li>\n

      • Si un appareil arrive endommag\u00e9 ou non fonctionnel, le client doit nous contacter dans les 2 jours suivant la livraison, en fournissant une preuve photo ou vid\u00e9o du probl\u00e8me.<\/li>\n

The information you provide is accurate and truthful. Selling Your Device When selling your device(s) to CellUmi, you agree to the following conditions: You must be the rightful owner of the device(s). The device(s) must not be stolen, blacklisted, or linked to fraudulent activity. Devices must match the condition and specifications you provide. You must remove all personal data and unlink accounts (such as iCloud, Google, or Samsung accounts) before shipping. You acknowledge that we have the right to reject any device that does not meet the stated conditions. For Purchase Made from Us When purchase your device(s) from CellUmi, you agree to the following conditions: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective upon arrival. If a device arrives damaged or non-functional, the customer must contact us within 2 days of delivery, providing photo or video evidence of the issue. If approved, the return will be eligible for a replacement or repair, at our discretion. Device Condition & Price Adjustments The initial quote provided is based on the details you submit. Once we receive and inspect your device(s), we may adjust the final offer if the actual condition differs. If the revised offer is lower than the original, you will have 3 days to accept or request the return of your device(s) (return shipping fees may apply). If no response is received within 3 days, we will process the payment based on the adjusted offer. Shipping & Responsibility We provide a prepaid shipping label for sending your device(s). You are responsible for proper packaging to prevent damage during transit. CellUmi is not responsible for lost or damaged packages; we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. If a device is lost or stolen in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not liable for compensation. Payments Payments are issued within 3-5 business days after a successful inspection. We offer payment options such as Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, or cheque. If your payment is delayed due to incorrect information provided by you, we are not liable for the delay. Returns Policy If you request a return for any reason, the device will be shipped back at your expense. Once a payment has been issued, the transaction is final and non-reversible. Dealer Portal & Kiosk Representatives For authorized dealers and kiosk representatives: You must comply with all CellFlip policies and ethical business practices. You are responsible for ensuring that all devices submitted meet our criteria. Commission payments will be processed as per the agreed-upon terms. Prohibited Activities You may not use our services for: Selling stolen or illegally obtained devices. Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresenting device conditions. If we determine that a device has been reported stolen or blacklisted, we reserve the right to report the transaction to law enforcement and retain the device for investigation.
