- Get a Quote – Select your device on our website and complete the steps to receive an instant quote.
- Ship Your Device – Accept our offer, and we’ll email you a prepaid UPS shipping label along with packing instructions.
- Get Paid – Send us your device, and once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your payment.
If any issues arise during inspection, we’ll send you a revised offer. You can choose to accept it or have your device returned for free.
Shipping time varies based on your location. Once we receive your package, payments are processed within 1-5 business days.
Once we receive your device, payment is issued within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
To lock in your offer, you must ship your device within 3 business days of creating your transaction. As long as your tracking shows it was shipped within this timeframe, your original quote remains valid—transit time will not affect your price lock.
If we’re unable to honor your initial quote due to the device’s condition or other factors, we’ll send you a revised offer. You can choose to accept it or have your device returned for free.
Unfortunately, we do not offer additional value for boxes or accessories, but you’re welcome to include them in your shipment!
We currently offer PayPal, Venmo, and Check as payment options.
If you select Check, we will mail you a physical paper check via USPS, which should arrive within 1-10 business days.
- PayPal & Venmo – Payments are sent instantly once your transaction is concluded (typically within 1-5 business days after delivery).
- Check – Mailed via USPS and arrives within 1-10 business days after your transaction is finalized.
If you’re selling a brand new device, including the box and accessories is required. For used devices, they are not required—but if you’d like to include them, we’d be happy to accept them! However, we do not offer additional value for these items.
Removing your SIM card is not required, but we highly recommend it.
- For used devices, we will remove and dispose of any SIM cards left inside.
- For brand new (factory sealed) devices, we will not open them before resale, so if a SIM card is inside, the next user will receive it. Opening a sealed device to remove the SIM card will change its condition from “New (Factory Sealed)” to “Open Box.”
If you use our prepaid UPS shipping label, your device should arrive within 1-5 business days, depending on your location. Since the labels are UPS Ground, unexpected delays are possible. For a more accurate estimate, check the UPS Ground delivery map. We’re located in Arizona (85268).
No, our prepaid shipping labels are not insured. If you’d like insurance, we recommend purchasing your own shipping label. If you do, please contact customer support with your new tracking number and transaction number.
Yes! If you prefer to purchase your own shipping label for insurance or faster shipping, you’re welcome to do so. Just send us your tracking number and transaction number after shipping.
If you’re unable to print your label or need a shipping box, visit your nearest UPS store. They can print the label and package your device for you (fees may apply).
